Service Agreement: By accessing the QuickConverter platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. QuickConverter is a technical conversion tool and does not provide financial advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickConverter platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

QuickConverter is a free online tool that converts financial documents (bank statement PDFs, CSVs) into structured Excel and CSV formats. The service is provided at no cost and is supported by advertising.

3. Use of Service

QuickConverter provides financial data extraction and normalization tools. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process the data you upload.

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer the extraction engine.
You represent that all financial statements uploaded are obtained legally.
You may not use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service.

4. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users and to protect our infrastructure, we impose reasonable rate limits on the number of conversions per user. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary restrictions.

Maximum file size: 10MB per document.
Rate limit: 5 conversions per hour per user.
These limits may be adjusted at our discretion to maintain service quality.

5. Advertising

QuickConverter is a free service supported by advertising through Google AdSense. By using the service, you consent to the display of advertisements. We strive to keep ads unobtrusive and relevant.

6. Processing & Security

QuickConverter employs a secure processing architecture. Your documents are processed in-memory and are not permanently stored on our servers.

Data normalization is deterministic and based on our proprietary financial rulesets.
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
Processed files are available for download for a limited time and are then automatically deleted.

7. Accuracy & No Financial Advice

QuickConverter is a technical conversion tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice.

Accuracy: While we aim for the highest accuracy, you must verify all outputs before making financial decisions.
No Liability: We are not liable for any financial errors, tax miscalculations, or data misinterpretations resulting from the use of our converted files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickConverter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
